Local pickup is always our preferred method. We meet at approved public locations throughout El Paso — always free of charge.

• Free of charge — no transport fee.
• Public meet-up locations only — we do not conduct transactions at private residences.
• Must be scheduled in advance — no walk-ins.
• Valid government-issued photo ID required at pickup.
• Animal comes with a care sheet, health records, and starter supplies.
• Full payment must be received before or at the time of meetup.

We work with a network of trusted, experienced ground transporters who can deliver your animal safely anywhere in the continental United States. Ground transport is available only where legal to own the species in your state or municipality. Transport fees vary by route and transporter.

• Transport fees are quoted individually based on your location and the transporter's route.
• Animals travel in species-appropriate, ventilated carriers with food and water.
• Transporters are vetted and experienced with exotic animals.
• Real-time updates and photos provided during transport.
• Transport fee is due in full before departure.
• All transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are separate from the animal price.
• Animals must be fully paid for before transport is arranged.

The safety of our animals always comes first. We may delay transport or shipping during extreme weather conditions — this is non-negotiable.

• We will not transport or ship when temperatures exceed 90°F or drop below 40°F along the route.
• Weather holds do not affect your deposit or hold status.
• We will reschedule as soon as conditions are safe.
• Summer months (June–September) may have limited transport availability in the Southwest.
• We will always communicate proactively about any weather-related delays.
• For courier shipments, heat or cold packs are included as appropriate for the season.

Every animal we transport or ship arrives prepared for their new home.

• Detailed species-specific care sheet covering diet, housing, temperature, and health.
• Health records and any veterinary documentation.
• A small supply of the food they have been eating to ease the dietary transition.
• Bedding or nesting material with familiar scents to reduce stress (ground transport).
• Our contact information for ongoing support.
• A copy of the contract and bill of sale.
