Sales Policy

Please read our sales policy carefully before submitting an application or making a purchase. By purchasing from us, you agree to all terms listed below.

At our facility, we strive to offer healthy, well-socialized animals from carefully selected bloodlines. Pricing varies based on age, color, genetics, lineage, and overall quality. Contact us for current availability and exact pricing.

General Sales Policy

  • All sales are final once the animal leaves our care or is shipped.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to hold any animal.
  • Full payment is due before the animal is released or shipped.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone we feel cannot provide proper care.
  • Buyers must be 18 years of age or older to purchase.
  • We do not sell to pet stores, brokers, or resellers.
  • Animals are sold as pets only — not for resale or commercial breeding without written consent.
  • By completing a purchase, you agree to all terms in our Contract & Bill of Sale.

Deposits & Holds

  • A deposit of 50% of the purchase price is required to hold an animal.
  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including change of mind.
  • Animals will be held for up to 30 days with a deposit (14 days for axolotls).
  • If full payment is not received within the hold period, the deposit is forfeited and the animal is relisted.
  • Deposits may be applied toward a different animal of equal or greater value at our discretion.
  • Waitlist deposits are accepted for upcoming litters — contact us for availability.

Payment Methods

  • We accept Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and cash in person.
  • Personal checks and money orders are not accepted.
  • Payment plans may be available on a case-by-case basis — inquire at time of application.
  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until a deposit is placed.
  • Transport and shipping fees are separate from the animal purchase price.
  • No price matching — our prices reflect the quality of care and genetics of our animals.

Waitlists & Upcoming Litters

  • We maintain a waitlist for species not currently available.
  • Waitlist placement requires a deposit equal to 25% of the expected purchase price.
  • Waitlist deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another species.
  • We will notify you when a litter is born and when animals are ready for placement.
  • Animals are typically ready for placement at 6–8 weeks of age depending on species.
  • You will have 48 hours to confirm your selection once notified of availability.

Buyer Requirements

  • Buyers must be 18 years of age or older.
  • All buyers must complete our adoption application.
  • We may require proof of appropriate housing setup before finalizing a sale.
  • We strongly recommend having an exotic-animal veterinarian identified before purchase.
  • Buyers are responsible for verifying the legality of ownership in their state or municipality.
  • We may conduct a brief phone or video interview for first-time exotic pet owners.
  • Buyers who misrepresent themselves on the application will be permanently blacklisted.

Prohibited Uses

  • Animals may not be resold, traded, or given away without contacting us first.
  • We reserve the right of first refusal on any animal we have sold.
  • Animals may not be used for breeding without prior written consent from us.
  • Animals may not be surrendered to a shelter or rescue without contacting us first.
  • Animals may not be released into the wild under any circumstances.
  • Violation of these terms may result in legal action under Texas law.

Returns & Refusals

  • All sales are final — purchase price is non-refundable.
  • We will take animals back if you can no longer care for them, but no refund will be issued.
  • If you need to rehome your animal, contact us first — we will work with you to find a responsible solution.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason.
  • Buyers who have previously violated our terms are permanently ineligible for purchase.
  • Refusals are non-negotiable and will not be discussed further.
